Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Delivery (Hong Kong): Enjoy free standard delivery for orders over HKD 300. For orders under HKD 300, a nominal fee of HKD 50 applies. Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Delivery (Hong Kong): Opt for express delivery at a fee of HKD 150 for faster service. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Areas
- Hong Kong: We deliver across all districts, excluding restricted areas such as military zones and remote islands.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use this number to track the progress of your order via our courier partner's website.
Delivery Instructions and Failed Delivery Attempts:
Please provide specific delivery instructions during checkout. If you are unavailable to receive your order, our courier will attempt delivery up to two additional times. After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
