At FINIKI, we prioritise your pets' satisfaction and well-being. We understand that our products may not always meet your pet’s needs, so we aim to make returns and exchanges as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • All returns must completed within 30 days of purchase.

  • For health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used food, treats, or supplements.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable.

  • Finiki Asia is not responsible for any lost packages.

  • Finiki Asia reserves the right to make final decisions on returns.

  • The company’s decision is final in the event of any dispute.

  • Sale items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@finikiasia.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

 

Refunds

Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

 

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged products upon arrival or if the wrong item was received.

Items eligible for exchange must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 

How to Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@finikiasia.com with details of the issue. Please include photos of the defect or wrong item received, if applicable.
  2. We will provide instructions for returning the item and dispatch the replacement product.
  3. For defective or incorrect items, FINIKI will cover all shipping costs involved in the exchange process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products, unless they are defective.
